Nobu Bank's Women Leaders Included in Indonesia's Top 500 Outstanding Female Bankers in 2024

Luthan as Head of Consumer at Nobu Bank have been included in Infobank magazine's Top 500 Outstanding Female Bankers in Indonesia in 2024 list. This achievement is not only a source of pride for our two leaders, but also showcases the outstanding contribution of women in advancing the Indonesian banking industry.

In commemoration of Kartini Day, Nobu Bank emphasizes the important role of women in driving the economy and banking industry in Indonesia.

The presence of Ms. Dewi Pandamsari and Ms. Juanita A. Luthan in this prestigious list by Infobank magazine is clear proof that women’s capacity and expertise match, and even excel, that of their male counterparts in managing the financial sector.

The study shows that 19.20% of the 1,894 directors in Indonesia's financial services sector and state-owned enterprises are women. That’s a total of 364 women in leadership positions in the sector.
