Reminding Debtors of payment deadlines and collecting overdue payments based on the past due report, including credit recovery and/or settlement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from any major
• Has at least 1 year of experience in the same field and/or 2 years of experience in a call center
• Detail-oriented and proficient in using computers (MS Office)
• Possesses excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta

• The issuance of SDK and transaction bookkeeping activities have been carried out in accordance with applicable regulations

Job Description:

• Responsible for the collection process of assigned accounts
• Conducting control and monitoring of booked credit quality
• Updating all field collection processes into the collection system

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from any major
• Has at least 1 year of work experience in banking operations or a financial institution
• Has a strong understanding of the banking industry with a focus on credit operations, including compliance with regulations set by Bank Indonesia (BI) and Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK)
• Preference is given to candidates with operational (administrative) experience in banking and digital products
• Has knowledge of the collection visitation process
• Possesses excellent communication and persuasion skills. Proficient in using computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office
• Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta
